Le domaine de Pommayrac propose une offre complète de prestations de façon à constituer un séjour "à la carte". Composer vous même votre programme :

- choisissez votre hébergement entre gîte et chambres,

- choisissez votre formule de restauration : 1/2 pension, pension complète ou gestion libre (gîtes et studios),

- choisissez votre (vos) activité(s) : visites touristique, activités de pleine nature, etc...

Voici à titre d'exemple quelques séjours possibles.

We are specialised in 'sports and nature' holidays, with horse rides, hikes, mountain biking... but nevertheless we are close to so many tourist sights...

Carcassonne, Cathar castles, medieval villages and abbeys... The area is also rich in festivals, carnavals... All year long!

We are open all year long (upon prior reservation) for a weekend or longer stay for 1 or 2 persons.

At Pommayrac everything is possible: restaurant or self-catering, private room or rest house, alone, in couple, in groups...

Randonnée dans les Corbières avec âne bâté, en solo ou à deux !

- Walking with a saddled donkey, either in a treasure hunt, or to go swimming in the river, or discovering the flora surrounding Pommayrac... The donkey carries the pic-nic and towels, or can be saddled for a small child. It's a real pleasure for young and old to hold the lead, talk to the donkey when he seems afraid of going on... We have several itinerarie you can choose from.

- Canoe in Couiza, if your children can swim (life jackets and helmet provided).

- Horse or pony ride (9 years+), guided by an instructor. You will help prepare your horse, feed it, and bring it back to the paddock when you're back.

- In July, there are activities for all ages, half- or full-day. Pony games for the young children (4+), horse rides for adults and teenagers (separately or together). Parents can leave their kids to us during the day and enjoy a nice visit in the area, or a longer hike, or... a wine tasting maybe?

Without your parents

During most school holidays (even in the wintertime), riding weeks for teenagers are organized from Sunday evening to Saturday morning.

- Certified instructor,

- Accommodation in rest house or tent, full board, young adult taking care of meals and good atmosphere. Cost: 450/480€ riding courses, accommodation and full board. Pick-up possible at the station.

Groups

Friends, musicians, artists, hikers, cyclists, riders...

Nothing is easier at Pommayrac than organizing a stay among friends or members of a sports club...

You need a big room to get together and have your meals: we have a 40 square meter room with kitchen for you (possibility of 20 to 30 seats, possibly more if the weather is fine!).

Price (according to your choice of accommodation): from 50€ per person, for 3 nights, i.e. less than 17€ per night.

Accommodation: 9 rooms, studios and apartments from 2 to 4 persons.
We can host up to 27 persons + possibility of camping from late spring to early autumn.

Without children, or almost...

A great idea if you have teenagers, but it also works with younger children:

Have a family vacation, but let your teenager be among other teenagers, for riding activities during the day, and even sleep in a 8-bed tent or in the rest house with their new friends. In the mean time you can either visit the area, or go hiking, ride a horse...

For younger children, we organize pony games (half- or fullday).
